This was the first time for me to use a vehicle transporter. I was mislead terribly by two other companies and was at a loss for what to do. I had already paid for a vechicle 9 hours away and could not get it picked up. I was just about ready to take 2 days off from work, rent a U Haul and attempt to get it myself. As one last shot I contacted James Randolph at Crossover Auto Transport. James had given a decent quote originally but I went with someone who was a few dollars less by the quote (the other guys quote turned out to be a lie). Boy that was a big mistake trying to save a few bucks. James agreed to help me out and asked me to give him a week to fix the mess the other guy created and he was sure he could get my vehicle. James did exactly what he said at the price he quoted- not a dollar more. The husband and wife team out of Tennesse who delivered my vehicle were top notch and very professional. Man, I was relieved. If I have the need again I will contact Crossover for sure.
