We signed a contract with Crossover Auto Transport 1 month ago, but nothing has happened yet. We never heard anything from them unless we called them. When we called , they promised to call back but most of the time they never did. . The sale rep, Beliany Brito and her supervisor Angela ( promised to take care this personally and call us the next day, but again she never did!!) are not helpful and trustworthy at all. We will call Attoney general and consummer protection agency to report this.
