I will have to say that the staff at Crossover (Angel) was very courteous, but that would be as far as my compliments go. I booked the transport of my vehicle with crossover partly due to the touting of their BBB and the friendliness of their staff. I signed their forms and returned them promptly and paid the deposit to have their company do their thing. After almost a month here is their response "I am still trying to get you scheduled for pick-up. Once that is done I will contact you immediately." Their sales point is a pickup window of 1 to 8 business days, but almost a month and it hadn't even been scheduled? Of course they have a deposit which covers their administrative fees and you will never get it back, even if they don't move your car. What it all comes down to is that this company is a broker, that's it! They take your fees, then put your car on the national transport website and hope someone with room on their truck will pick it up. If you are looking to move your car, get a shipper, not a broker like this one. Incidentally, I ended up using DAS (Dependable Auto Shippers) and my car was on the road in one day, and arrived a week earlier than scheduled.
