I contracted with Crossover Auto Transporters to transport a vehicle for me and was given a 1 to 8 day pick up window after 3 days I called to inquire about status of my transport and was told there were no carriers available, was told a carrier would be set up soon. I called a couple of days later after not hearing anything and was given more excuses why a pickup date had not been scheduled, they said they would contact me soon. After 10 days and still no contact I called back and talked to the manager with no luck, bought plane ticket and picked up my vehicle myself. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE $150 DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!
