As one who has twice previously shipped cars across America, I can unequivocally say that Crossover Transport delivered on every aspect of the shipping process! The quote (163893-QW), given one month prior to my arranging shipping was the most competitive of the 6 bids I received; it was honored by James, the company owner, who then set up the pickup in Utah for 36 hours later (from the time of my call), with delivery in San Francisco 36 hours after pickup. There were no changes or "edits" to the timing or price, just immediate professional service. The driver was extremely nice and professional at both ends and delivered our 1987 Caprice Classic in terrific shape! I used a company to ship my car to NYC in 1999 and another one to ship it back to SF this year. The most recent shipping was a harrowing experience in which the price changed many times, finally going from $1K to $1500, took 2 months to arrange the pickup date, and ultimately, I had to drive my car 50 miles to the carrier's home to get it shipped before I left for good. It was a nightmare I never wanted to go through again- and choosing Crossover Transport was the best choice ever!!! I've moved several times in my life, and generally they are not great experiences. However, this particular shipping was a great surprise- and fantastic customer service from beginning to end!
