Do not, I repeat, Do not use this company. I booked for my car to be transported from virginia to california almost two weeks in advance and when the day came for my car to be picked up, nobody showed up. They are really good at taking your deposit but they cant even answer their phone lines to answer simple questions. They will tell you that they will call you back or if you leave a message then someone will contact you and they never will. If you make your reservations with these people, then you are going to hurt yourself. Please people, I beg you, do not, under any circumstances ever use this company. They will let you down. If you want to go through a great company with someone who is willing to work with you, then go through Transport Connection. These guys saved my life when Cross Country let me down. What ever you do, do not go through Cross Country Auto. They will take your money and leave you hanging.
