Cross Country gave me a quote to transport a Land Rover from San Diego to Boston. I promptly paid the deposit. Cross Country stated that the pick up date would be either August 17 or 18. It is now August 25 and my car has not moved. Every day the company says that they are just too busy. But they weren't too busy to take my deposit. Several of their employees have promised to return telephone calls, and then failed to. Their integrity and contract are worthless
