Vehicle not picked up when promised

I was told the vehicle would be picked up on a Thursday or Friday. When they had not picked up the vehicle, I called the supposed driver of the truck. He had not even heard of the contract to pick up my car. Cross Country Auto Transport told me they would call me at 4:30PM that Friday of the supposed pickup, with a new pick up time and date the following week. About 4:45PM on the Friday, I called their numbers only to find the numbers had been disconnected. Monday morning they called wanting to set up a new time and date. By that time, I had already made other arrangements due to the fact I was leaving that Monday. I asked them for my deposit back. They said they would do what they could. I said I would pursue the matter. They then told me to dispute it with my credit card company. I had already paid for this service back in early April and this was June. I will keep you alerted to if I have my deposit returned or not.
