Due to an ice storm in the area we had to change our pick-up time twice. The carrier kept us well informed and up-to-date on the position of the transport at all times. We were very happy with both Max and Lea from Silverado Transport that did the actual hauling of the vehicle and would highly recommend both them as transporters and Cross-County Auto Transport for their services.
