Our experience with Cross Country Auto Transport (CCAT) was amazingly flawless. This service was vital to our military move! Initially, we were reluctant to utilize this service because we had a difficult time believing that we would receive great service considering the reasonably priced transport. We thoroughly researched and compared CCAT with numerous other transport companies. We worked with an amazing customer service representative, Alex. He assured and reassured us that CCAT was a reputable business that really cared about meeting the needs of the customers. He was so professional and honest.

After placing the order and completing all required documents, the driver contacted us 24 hours prior to pick up in order to verify the details of the move. During the transport, it was easy to track the vehicle by visiting CCAT's web site. Their response time was phenomenal! We were contacted with specific transport information within 10 minutes afer placing the call. We received another call from CCAT 24 hours prior to the delivery of the vehicle, again, in order to verify delivery information. After a thorough vehicle inspection, we determined that the vehicle was delivered in mint condition. The final payment and documentation took less than 10 minutes to complete.

Our prayers were answered and CCAT exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much. We are definitely going to use this service again for any auto transportation moves in the future.
