This company was in contact with me on a regular basis once I chose them for the transport. They listened to my story about how important it was to get this car to my daughter in Texas and pretty much treated me as though I were the most important customer they had. Rick, the driver was very nice to talk to and personable. The car arrived in Austin for my daughter in a very timely manner (3 days) and both she and I are happy.
