These thieves were super-polite when I first contacted them. I was given a pickup window of July 5-6, as I was told they couldn't do a pickup on the 4th of July. Little did I know.....they couldn't, and wouldn't do a pickup ANY DAY OF THE YEAR! I waited the required 14 days past my scheduled pickup date before canceling my contract, thinking I would get a refund. Wrong! I could NEVER get through to Gilles, my transport specialist, or anyone else who could tell me what was going on with my car. They ripped me off for $175!! THIS A SCAM BUSINESS - NOT A REAL AUTO-BROKER!! DO NOT CONTACT WITH THESE CRIMINALS!!
