A 2 car shipment. One from Oklahoma to Maryland and one from Maryland to Oklahoma. I was told this was great and that both car could be picked up within 3-4 days. Upon Speakin to AJ Ponticello at CCAT i was assured that my car could be picked up on time date and that delivery would take 3-4 days.. To my suprise, i got a call from a driver to pick up my car 3 days early, on a Sunday no less. Since CCAT is just a broker, there IS/WAS absolutely NO REAL TRACKING information like they claim. When calls are made to find out where the car is(9 days after pickup) all they say is they will return your call within 4 hours with the information you requested(if you can get someone on the phone), and no return call is ever recieved. Here we are over a week after the first car was picked up, and no word on the other car being picked up. We have been given 3 diffrent pick up dates, all of which had come and gone...Much like everyone else, once they got thier deposit money, you're pretty much sh*t outta luck and stuck waiting blind for your car to be picked up and/or delivered.
