I have yet to receive the $200.00 credit you owe me for the deposit. As you instructed, a letter was written and sent to the appropriate party and address in your company on 12/10/07. No credit issued.
A request via phone call was made on 1/3/07 last week to issue a credit. No credit issued.
The next call and email, with supporting documentation, will be made to Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum's office.
There was no contract signed or services rendered. This is criminal.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
