I needed a car picked up on April 29, 2005 and transported to New Jersey. I was told By Jennifer S. at Cross Country Transport that it would be no problem, she had contacted a driver who could do it. Today May 2, 2005 after three people telling me driver had trouble I talked to a Stacey Miller, who was supposed to be a supervisor. She told me that car may be picked up Wed May4th or May5th. I had a contract from this company stating estimated pick up date 4/29-5/1/05. I was told that I could not cancel the contract and if I disputed with America Express (the 200.00 deposit charge) I would be refered to a collection agency. I have disputed the charge with American Express. I also asked for the company address and was given an address of 3711 W 47th ave Suite 202, Fort Launderdale, Florida 33314. Everyone one I have talked to at this company has been very unprofessional. I am doing what I can to file fraud charges against the company. Thanks to American Express I will not lose my money, but I will warn everyone not to use this company.
