We schedule a driver to pick up on Saturday, the 01/08/2011 but do to snow storm in the North East the car had pick up on Monday the 01/10/2011. There was no damage to the vehicle, we did not ask for more money also the car did not arrive at midnight. This customer was very upset about the unfortunate weather delay and consequently lied on his review of our 5 star company . Vincent refused to post his Phone number in order for our customers to call him.
