They sure are on top of things until they get your deposit. They quoted me pick up Monday and delivery Wed., this was a small trip from CA to AZ. They then never called or e-mailed me back, I kept calling and finally asked for the truckers number so I could do their job. The trucker was great and told me the company had told him Friday delivery was fine. I was not mad at the trucker and the company was alright I felt I should have been kept up to date more and they are lacking communication.

This Transport was an enclosed transportation (by the way the price was $800 and not $850). When carrier booked the load he advised delivery within 3 days. He was late 1 day. In our policy the day the carrier is assigned we provide by phone and email the drivers contact phone and name so the customer can be in directly contact with the driver.
