After contracting with another company & a week of horrible service, I received a call from Mike from Creative Rides. I had picked the 1st company because of reviews. Big mistake. A week later & mounting storage fees they tried to get me to sign a contract at a higher price, bait & switch. Mike with Creative Rides did in less than 24 hours what SGT couldn't do in a week from their call center in India! Mike kept me from loosing my sanity, gave me a lower quote, & stayed on top of the situation. Two very nice men delivered my truck the afternoon after my 1st conversation with Mike. I am so thankful to Mike!
