Dan, first thanks for the review, the reason we are taking to time to respond is because the information provided by you is a bit inaccurate. we provided you 2 options for the pick up, 1 for the regular quoted price and the other one was for a team driver which would get your car to you faster. we gave you the option and you selected faster service for 50 dollars more. that money goes to the driver not to our company. they went above and beyond the expected delivery time. thats why you paid extra, it was your choice. sorry if that wasnt clear to you when you accepted the company that moved the car.
