This was my first time of having a vehicle shipped, so it was a bit of a shot in the dark to pick a transport broker. I went by the reviews and was not disappointed! I called on wednesday 10/29 to set up the contract and sent in my paperwork that same morning. I expected to have to wait a week or two for pick up. Instead I got a call from Laky (who was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and patient) on thursday 10/30, advising me of pick up on 10/31 (this is to North Dakota; not exactly a major route!) with delivery the next day! The communication was perfect, I got the contact info for the carrier immediately. The pick up was on time, the delivery was 4 hours earlier than promised (with updates by phone from the carrier) right to my door, and the porsche arrived undamaged. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them.
