My experience with Creative Rides Services was a positive one from initial contact to final delivery. The company was quick to reply with an estimate for transport when I queried them via email. The follow-up by dispatch was quick and polite. No pushy sales and straight to the point when I had any questions.
The company that did the actual move was Schroeder Transport. The dispatcher was polite and clear with instructions and was able to work with me on pick-up date and time. Some flexibility was allowed for my work schedule and it was greatly appreciated. The pick-up driver called prior to pick-up and was quite nice. The open carrier was too large to drive down my residential street so we agreed to meet a few blocks from my house in Plattsmouth, Nebraska. The driver of Schroeder Transport offered to drive my verhicle back to my house so I wouldn't have to walk back. Transfer of the vehicle was easy and quick on a Wednesday morning and it arrived the next Sunday at noon . Delivery was to a secondary party that I had set up and confirmed with Schroeder Transport. The driver called prior to delivery to set up a time. He was polite and considerate throughout the transactions.
I had confidence in the driver and his skills in transporting my collector's car. There was a thorough inspection prior to loading the vehicle for all scratches, dents and defects and it was documented. The same procedure was duplicated upon delivery. I faxed the form showing the inspection findings to my contact in San Diego, California. My vehicle had arrived with no further damage and no dirtier than when it left.
I would definitely use Creative Rides Services for any future moves involving the moving of any of my vehicles. Thank you for a quick, safe and professional service.
