Overview:
These guys know their business and they have the needed trucking companies behind them.
Called them, got the near best quote I ever got over the phone.
Same phone call gave them the order, exchanged fax/e-mail signatures over the next 3 hr.
Went to sleep, woke up to dispatch saying my truck was about 6 hr away, was I ready.
Loaded the truck, team drivers, this afternoon...FASTEST SERVICE since sliced bread!!!
The Details...
Went all over the place, phone calls, e-mails, online forms...for about 40+/- quotes...had everthing from $2,547 (open truck, using terminals) to a bunch around $1,300 to $1,500, and finally another group around $1,000 to $1,200...Even had some "drive-aways" trying for around $1,000 to $1,185 - after I noted that I only wanted quotes/bids from open trucks or trailers...This load was listed on Uship.com for 4 days...the highest bid was from one of their associated carriers! Almost had one set at $925, but the hauler canceled before we even went to bid step...
Called BOBBY at Creative Rides...should have done that one first!
His quote/firm price was $950, door to door, trailered and said he would move the load within 1 to 5 days time...he lied, he moved it the next day!!!! Their simple order/contract was so easy to understand compared to all those other fine type legal eagle types...like National Transport LLC's. He e-mailed me the quote with a link to their page for credit card entry and electronic signature..Presto, I was "live in their system from that moment on"... Went to bed, woke up to dispatch telling me my truck was about 6 hours away from my pickup!! It left within 1 hr of that estimate!
The truck sent was a real car hauler semi, with team drivers...that means it will be there, in MI, in about 2 days TOTAL...not 4 or 5 days like most were quoting... Nice guys, knew what they were doing...I paid them up front on this end...easier for our son on the other end.
Here is the real VALUE in their services as a BROKER for my load = THEY HAVE ABOUT 2,000 trucks on call, 24/7, all over these USA States...That gives them a real edge on making loads move fortheir clients - like ME!... No one else that I spoke with came close to this companies real action and value for the buck spent...WELL WORTH EVER CENT in my book. I would use them again, and again...and, I'm telling all of you reading this...you should use them too!! They truely "Get 'Er Done"...boy houdy!
