I have shipped several cars from out of state before. It is often a frustrating and nerve wracking experience. Bill & Countrywide Auto Transport were fantastic! The car was picked up on the 5th day of the 5 business day window and delivered on the estimated delivery. They provided me with excellent customer service, friendly updates, a great price and most of all I felt like they were an honest, good company. Many transporters/brokers can be hustlers but not with them. It was a fantastic experience! The driver who picked up our SUV was very polite, gave prompt replies to text update requests and went out of his way to delivery our vehicle on the promised date...this meant dropping it off late at night, in the dark, in the rain, and off his route. I needed to have the car for the next day to make an important appointment and he made it happen. I am very happy with this company and would use them again!
