This is exactly how business should be conducted. I had never transported a vehicle before, and had no idea i would be pulled in so many directions from so many different companies. Ryan at Country Wide Auto contacted me with a quote, i was prepared for the bait and switch tactic i heard from a LOT of other brokers. That was not the case with this very professional company. I was very pleased that what he was telling me actually happened. My car was picked up in a timely manner, and dropped off when they said it would be. If I move again I already know who I will be using.
