Completely Incompetent

Countrywide Auto Transport provided me with the WORST Auto transport experience I have ever had. Over the time span of 3 weeks, I emailed them 5 times, called 5 times, and was lied to 10 times. Their online order tracking did not work 99% of the time, their staff lied to me and the auto dealership, giving us false dates of pick-up. They would promise to call back or have dispatch call back and it never happened. They switched carriers THREE times and told me they had EXCESSIVE DELAYS on all three carriers. Their supervisor is apparently also the phone receptionist, so placing a complaint was pointless, seeing that he was the one feeding us all the lies. I had to cancel the order after three weeks, at the end of which they had NO IDEA when the vehicle woulbe picked up! DO NOT USE COUNTRYWIDE AUTO TRANSPORT. You think it will save you money so why not give them a shot. DON"T DO IT. They give you low rates because THEY MAKE PROMISES THEY DON"T/CAN"T KEEP. It will be over two-three weeks before they even make the attempt to pick up the vehicle. Listen to the complaints, or you will be sorry. It doesn't matter how much money you save if you don't get the car or get it a month after you need it. There is a reason it is cheap, the service is cheap.

FOR MOST OF OUR ROUTES WE TYPICALLY REQUIRE A 7-10 BUSINESS DAY LEAD TIME AS WELL AS A 2-3 DAY WINDOW FOR PICKUP.WE OFFER OUR CUSTOMERS AN EXPEDITED PICK UP OPTION FOR $200 ADDITIONAL TO GET CARS PICKED UP FASTER BUT THIS CUSTOMER OPTED OUT OF THE OPTION.WE FULLY REFUNDED THIS CUSTOMER BACK.
