First of all, I really wished I had placed my review earlier. As from what I can see, this company has gone out of business which is not surprising...or they are representing themselves up under another name. Well for those who are searching out an Auto-transport type company, beware of this one!! The type of dishonest character that they represent can only be masked for so long. What I am saying is even if they represented themselves under another name, their poor quality service will likely follow. What I am about to tell you is the truth, so I frankly don't care if anyone from this company tries to report that I am lying. I am not and they KNOW the truth!!

My turmoil started from day one. My original pickup was for the 28th of March 2009 and delivery on the 29th. I made my initial arrangements with a dispatcher named, Nicole on March2nd. She originally arranged a driver, but I told her that this driver would not meet my needs b/c he could not pick up the car on the 28th, which was the weekend. I had previously asked Nicole to explain to the driver that I needed my car picked up on the 28th and delivered by the 29th. When I contacted my new driver, Eddie (was a very nice man by the way); he was completely oblivious to what I was talking about. He stated that he was told to pick up my car and was never informed (By Nicole) anything about my situation. Therefore, I called Nicole back and never heard from her AGAIN.

Then I was connected to a dispatcher from countrywide named Mike. (The nightmare begins) I informed him that I wanted my money back b/c I felt something was not right. Mike informed that I COULD NOT get my refund b/c they had already had a driver. When I called back, I was told by Mike that he cancelled Eddie out and that he was in the process of getting another driver. What made me very angry was how countrywide was holding on to my money and knew that had not really found a driver. It occurred to me that what was taking them so long to get back to me...they did not have a driver after canceling Eddie. Therefore, countrywide was holding on to my money until they found someone b/c they wanted my MONEY!!

They eventually found a driver..a driver that destroyed my car. They continued to lie about my delivery date. My car was originally supposed to be delivered to Maryland on the 29th of March. They caused me and my parents hardship. I had to pay for 3 extra nights in a hotel (Sunday, Mon, and Tues).Imagine that when your are not RICH and a student finishing school!!!
Get this, when I started driving my car, it started shaking awfully. When I pulled over at my friends house, oil was leaking everywhere. The driver that countrywide had chosen put a hole in my oil pan. Now, I ended up spending 1,700 extra dollars to have that fixed.

I contacted countrywide the same day to report the incident and I talked to a man named Shane in the claims dept. They (Shane and Steve) acted like they were willing to help regarding the damages and I never heard anything from Shane or Steve, the driver from “WHEELS ENTERPRISES" (Don't deal with this CARRIER)

All I say is I knew something was not right about this company from the begining. They taught me a big lesson. They were not SOLID from the start and that says something. They never gave my car a full inspection for pick up. RED LIGHT...I should have gotten my Lawyer then!!! What does that say? They had a driver to pick up my car and tow it someplace. How do I know if my car was not dragged instead of being on a Flatbed? When my car left my apartment in Jersey City, it was driven off b/c they said they had a larger loading truck around the corner. I should have stopped that then....They gave me numerous run-arounds about drivers, delivery date and etc... When my car was delivered, I never received CONFIRMATION paperwork to say that it was delivered from Countrywide. COUNTRYWIDE said they would send it....and I never received ANYTHING. The driver dropped off my car and just gave me papers stating that he delivered. NO INSPECTION WAS DONE OR NOTHING. This has got to be one of the most unprofessional, lying, unworthy and heartless companies to go with. IT is the truth and they deserve to be sued etc...For taking my money and others. More than anything was the emotional distress it put me under. I DID NOT appreciate it and did not deserve it..like most of you reporting this company.
