Can't Be Trusted-Poor Customer Service!!!!

I guess you get what you pay for. Yes, our truck made it but we were told pick up of 1-3 days from available date and it took 10, then our estimated time in route was supposed to be 7 days and it took almost 2 weeks!!!! WARNING-use a direct shipper and not a broker because they couldn't tell me when someone was going to pick it up and then gave incorrect info on things that could be left in the vehicle. Between the cost of renting another vehicle (while ours was 2 weeks late) and now having to ship items we were told could stay in the vehicle, we are out another $300-should have paid extra to a company who was interested in sticking to their word. AND don't ask for any compensation because they'll just tell you you should have read the contract which says they don't make any guarantees at all. PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS!!!

ALL THE TIME FRAMES QUOTED ARE ESTIMATES AND NOT GUARANTEED THEY ARE ABOUT 95% ACCURATE FOR GURANTEED SERVICE YOU ARE LOOKING AT A VERY HIGH PREMIUM DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 40 CENTS STAMP AND FEDEX OVERNIGHT PACKAGE.
