Today received a very unprofessional message from "Al" telling me that we acquired a load illegally through the carrier network.

This site really works. Maybe he will pay his bill.

#1 when Reliant Transportation booked the load for Countrywide Auto Transport, I told their dispatcher Reliant Transportation was NOT on the carrier network. So, Mr. Al, is incorrect. Maybe he needs to communicate with his dispatchers as to procedure. And if Countrywide Auto Transport does not want to give loads to Carriers that are NOT a member of the carrier network, then they should not. Would have been fine with me and certainly a lot less headache. I would not have to beg for my money.

I wish Relaint was a member of that network, so we could report him.

So, Al, just pay your bills and all will be fine and Al, per your request; I will not apologize to you. It should be the other way around.

I am not putting these factual comments in this forum for soliciation, only to show that this broker is not professional in that they receive their money from you folks out there and then don't pay their carriers. So, might make you wonder what else they are not doing.

Also, another factual point; Countrywide Auto Transport boast about 100% on their carriier network, they are not. People just need to tell the truth.
