Absolutely Horrible

This company is clearly a mom & pop operation. They are absolutely clueless about customer service. They claimed they have no responsibility when my car didn't show up at the destination, and the dispatcher/driver were completely out of contact for days after they failed to show up on the day they called to say they are coming. When the car finally arrived, the driver tried to collect additional $800 from my mother when I had already paid $920 in full for the service. Having dealt with other car transport companies ( e.g. Agape Auto Transport ) that were infinitely more reliable and more pleasant to deal with, I'd say avoid this company like a plague.
