A Lot easier than I imagined!

I've never had to do this before, Countryway and another company had the lowest bids, the other company was hard to get hold of but the phone at Countryway was answered by a live person on the first try. Setting up the transport was easy, and everything was confirmed verbally and via e-mai.

Wencel Trucking was the carrier that ended up doing the job and it was effortless. The owner/driver Mauro was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We were given a 2 hour window for pick up, he was on time and called when he was 1/2 hour away. He couldn't get to our street in Atlanta so we met him a mile away and he drove us back to the house. When he delivered it in Mass. he called again saying he could bring it Tuesday night instead of Wed. morning if we wanted and we were thrilled.
