My experience with this broker was positive. I needed my vehicle shipped from Hawaii to Arkansas. They estimated between 3-4 weeks and the full time was at one month. The information given on the process was a bit abrupt and not as comprehensive as I would have wanted but after reading many reviews on this page, I did not expect alot. Surprisingly, what the broker said occurred and I had no problems. Small delay in California in the car being picked up after the ocean shipper dropped it, but this was to be expected since it was between Christmas and New Years. I called to check on things and they had it under control. I would use their service again.
