Prompt service with low price

Originally, I picked up this company because it is cheap. So I did not expect to get prompt service since it is a coast to coast shipment. However, Cosmos really surprised me. They only asked for 7 days window for pick-up while some other companies asked for 14 days. That is a big help for people like me in the middle of relocation but still need the car as close to my move date as possible. I booked the service on Friday and the driver came and picked up the car on Wed. My car arrived a week later. It is the same driver who picked up my car so I am pretty sure they did not transfer my car from one carrier to another. For me it is way out of my expectation with the lowest price they charged among all the competitors.

The response from the customer service is timely and helpful. I have to say either I am lucky to get this job done or the company is really good.

I am pretty happy with the service I got. Something can be improve a little bit. The carrier is a huge truck, they can't really get into my local street so I have to drive my car to a main street and walk back after they took my car. It is just a little inconvience. Also, my car is a little dusty when it arrives. If they can put $10 more in the price and give a car wash before deliver that would be a huge impression. I know I can do it myself afterwards but if I can see a sparking clean car in front of me, that will be a totally upper class service feeling.

In summary, I will recommend Cosmos to anyone I know.
