No one should use this company. Cosmos is a auto transport broker who contracts out to many other companies. One might get luck and get a good trucking company, however, in my case, I did not. Cosmos is not selective in the companies they outsource their transport jobs. I believe they go with the cheapest company out there, sacrificing on quality. The company they found for me was Zucher Movers. This company lost my car and many others for 2 days! The driver could not be located for days, Zucher had to file multiple police reports, it was a complete mess. During the whole time, I expected Cosmos to help me out, keep me posted on the status of my car, tell me what to do. They did nothing. They never called me nor checked up on Zucher to find out the status of my car. The person I dealt with was Mark, who was horrible. He was more busy on making new deals than taking care of the deals that were present. I was extremely upset with the lack of concern, my car ws possibly stolen and they never called me once. I had to consistently call them to check up. I highly suggest no one to use this agency. Luckily my car was found, still no phone call from Cosmos. There's nothing worse than having one's car stolen, and during that time the quality of the company matters. For Cosmos to blow me off in the matter they did, not good business management, not ethical. Please learn from my mistake, if something ever happens to your car during transportation, you would hope and expect the company you paid good money would help you out.

We assumed this is not exactly what happened when we read that the comments about Mark. It is very rare that we receive such comments about him, actually they usually are the opposite, very positive. Mark says that he received a call from Faisal Khan (917-757-4605, fmk206@nyu.edu) at which point he contacted the carrier. According to the carrier the truck was running late, it had encountered a mechanical delay and was going to be 2 days late. We apologized to Mr. Khan and explained to him that although it rarely happens in rare cases it does. The vehicle was never stolen by anyone and no police reports were filed by anyone.
