Please heed my advice. Do not use this company. I have never had such poor customer service. But beyond that, I have never had a company demonstrate as much indifference to a customer's needs as Cosmos. Absolutely no courtesy, not even call backs. No access to managers. Was told that they probably won't call back. Was dared to go ahead and report them to the Better Business Bureau, which I have done. Not fulfilling an order is one thing, but what concerns me most about this company is their lack of desire for customer service. That is something that reflects an organizational problem. Understand that they do quote low prices, and if you are fortunate enough to have your order picked up, you may be satisfied. But if that doesn't happen, which is frequently the case in the auto shipping business (despite what Cosmos tells you), you will have to face their customer service process, and this will result in you having the same experience as I did. Please dont use this company.
