I never chose to use Cosmos after simply talking to a VERY RUDE lady who BARELY spoke legit english. I requested a quote online as everyone seems to do, and recieved multiple emails back with a wide range of prices. I needed to ship my Camry from Mass to Florida. Of course I called Cosmos with thier quote being the lowest, however, I had done some research first and was ready for them to ask for a deposit before picking up my car. I refuse to pay any money before my car is ON a truck and NO ONE should. The rude lady I spoke with told me "this is the way we work" and told me if I didn't like that then I should use someone else. What kind of customer service is that!?! On top of all that, she spoke over me and interupted me while I was trying to ask questions. This company claims to have EXPERIENCE and GREAT SERVICE!?!?!?!!! Even a blind dog in the woods is going to find some food!!!!! I would NEVER recomend this company to anyone and hope this review helps others before they are so rudely handled and mistreated by people who say they have great service.

The lady you spoke with had told me about your racial comments and there si no need for that simply because you didn't get your way. We do not charge the deposit until we have it scheduled for pick up and as far as I know that how every company handles it as well. As far as the dog comment, my take is that less than 5 % of the companies ship more vehicles than we do because our prices are very competitive and our service is very good. It does bogles the mind that someone has made it past the teens and still asks for HIS ball and goes home once he doesn't get his way.
