Michael Blaine's (hpntst@aol.com) vehicle was on an island in Washington. We were not originally aware of this and after being told by a few drivers that it is impossible to get a big rig on the island we called him and told him we have a truck available but only if he can bring the vehicle off the island. He agreed. The following day he changed his mind. I am not clear who Michael is claiming asked him for more money but we did not and as far as we talked to the driver he never did either, he just mentioned how much it would cost to send a local truck on the island. Michael did call our office harassing our employees, then he would call back 5 minutes later, repeating this for about 1/2 hour. he did this for about 1 week and only stopped when we told him we would have to call the police.
