I don't know how I can begin to explain my frustration with this company. I will point out the major reasons I will NEVER use them again. After my deposit was paid, I was told they couldn't get it shipped at the quoted price ($750). When talking to them, they constantly cut me off or talked over me. I was put on hold for long periods of time over and over again. The employees would tell me they would call me back and they did. I felt like a stalker by constantly calling them. It's been a month and I am still waiting for my vehicle to be shipped at the raised price ($900). No one I talked to (managers/supervisors included) would try to fix this problem. All I heard was excuse after excuse. If I would have known I was going to have any issues with them, they would not have my business.
After my initial review was submitted, I received a phone call (FINALLY) from Tara and it turned into a nasty argument where I was cursed at, was told I wasn't getting a refund and that my order would be canceled. She contacted Transport Reviews and got my review deleted by claiming I wasn't a customer (which I'm sure she has done before) and I proved I was. Following this I have received fraudulent emails and phone calls. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, talked to my JAG office and talked to a lawyer. I wouldn't be surprised if they have their current rating because they sit around and give themselves good reviews since they have time to harass Soldiers like me. STAY AWAY FROM CORPORATE AUTO TRANSPORT.

Obviously no one can make everyone happy, but this person is the most ignorant person we have had to deal with ever, she was unpleasable and has made false accusations that we can prove otherwise with our records. We had a driver for her within 2 days of her asking us to locate her a driver for her transport and she didn't even have the car ready with the keys! So that's the real reason her car is still sitting there. We care about everyone and there are many many people out there that thank us instead of insult us. The previous 160 great reviews on this site speak for themselves. We do not post our own reviews at all, because if we did there would be more reviews on this website obviously! And if we could just take everyone's reviews off here then this one certainly wouldn't be on here. We refused to keep helping her because of how she was treating us and we feel sorry for the next company who tries to help her.
