The rep. I dealt with was Jordan. She was very personable and easy to get a hold of. She responded to emails and phone calls right away. She was very informative and explained the entire process easily to me. I was worried about using a broker but hse quickly put my mind at ease. Having a broker was better than going at this alone as I have done in the past. She took charge in contacting the driver and making sure the process went well for me. It was a great feeling knowing that I had someone there to help me.
