Maritza was an exellent sales representative of the Core Nautical Group, LLC. She was very patient with me. I am from Egypt and shipping my truck to Egypt. This was the first time i had done this. With every step, I was well supported by Maritza and Veronica. They were never too busy to answer my questions or give me encouagement. I never felt alone or lost during the whole process. I was treated with fairness, caring and respect. I believe I
was doing business with a company that was trustworthy, fair and responsible.

Trustworthiness means that I was treated with integrity.

Respect means that I was valued as a fellow human being- accepted despite our differences.

Responsibility means that the company did its best to meet my needs and remained accountable to our mutual agreement.

Fairness means that we worked togeher to accomplish our objective without taking advantage of each other.

Caring means that I felt that these Care Nautical employees were kind and considerate of my
feelings and needs.

Citizenship means that these people did their share, played by the rules and respected the laws

I would again work with this company. I would recommend their services to anyone.
In the future I hope to do more business with them
