I am an American, currently living and working in South Korea. I bought a car from a car dealer online, and needed to ship the car, sight unseen, from New Jersey to South Korea. The company charged me $2280 for the service, they picked it up from the dealer, and I picked it up at the port in Pyongtaek, South Korrea.
I chose Core Nautical, LLC, after doing as much homework regarding recommendations, ratings, and reviews of other's experiences as I could find. I'm not entirely sure that Core Nautical was the least expensive company I got quotes from; if they weren't, they were close. The most important factor to me was that they had the highest customer satisfaction rating of all the reviews I read.
From my first contact with Core Nautical, I was met with a very prompt, courteous, and professional staff. I initially thought that this type of treatment would wear off after I signed the shipping contract and paid the requisite fees, but at every opportunity I was met with the same treatment.
All of the ladies I spoke with at Core Nautical; Madeline, Maritza, and Veronica, were extremely polite, efficient, and professional. They absolutely delivered what they promised, when it was promised. I was met with no surprises, all of my expectations were exceeded.
My car was picked up, shipped, and delivered on-time, undamaged
I am very happy with their service, and would definitely recommend Core Nautical.
