Had 0 problems getting pickup and drop off scheduled. Reps i spoke with were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Would definitely recommend, and looking forward to the return shipment back to Florida here in a few months. Experience was hassle free and a lot smoother than what I have gone through in the past.
