I used this company to transport my car from Kansas to California. Richard, my auto transport specialist, told me that it would be only $900. So I gave him my card and he charged me $200 for deposit with remaining $700 paid upon delivery. After my car was delivered, the driver charged me $900 not $700. I called Richard why this happen and he told me that there was some mix-up and to pay for it then will be refunded for it. I called and called to get my refund..Up to now his excuse of "I'll call you back in 5 minutes" is becoming about a week..to summarize:
