DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very poor customer service! I got a quote on the internet $800. than I called and told them that I want them to pick up my car on Saturday 08/23. I was told that its not a problem just I have to pay $100 more for the rush. I said that its fine because I need the car to be picked up on the 23rd. I gave them my card number. After 30 min they called me and told me that my card was declined and I have to give them another - so I did it. On that Saturday I waited and waited and waited and nobody showed up or picked up my phone calls!!!!!!!!!!! So I had to use other company to ship my car. On monday afternoon I got a call from Continental Auto Movers saying that my other card was declined too, so I told them that is never mind because they failed with picking up my vehicle and I had to use other company. He said that he is going to check what is going on and call me back. He never did. However, some transport company called me in about 30 min and said that the driver will be at my place in 1 hour to pick up my car. I asked who is this and the lady said that she got a order to pick up my nissan 300zx from CONTINENTAL AUTO MOVERS about 20 min ago. I was surprised and told her that now is too late. Next morning (tuesday 26th) I checked my on-line banking and see charge of $200 CONTINENTAL AUTO MOVERS, so I call them and what I hear?! I hear that I cancelled the deal and the deposit is nonrefundable and I signed the contract that they have 7 days to pick it up. I was shocked at that moment!!!!!!!!! They also told me that they will not pay me my money back and I can call my card and disoute. I'll report them to BBB. They took extra money for being there on exact day and what?! THEY FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL

Michael, I am very sorry that you had such a bad experience. Our intention is always to pick up our customers vehicles in a timely manner. Unfortunately, in a situation like this weren't able to coordinate a pick up without the $200 reservation fee. We acted as soon as possible being that you credit card was declined on Friday and we were still acting in your favor by still holding the spot until we received payment. These are the cases in which we recommend potential customers to only sign with one company at a time.
