Contenintal transport started out reliable. they pick up and drop of my car in a timely matter. It got bad when my car fell 4ft off the back of the trailer ramp. They deliverd a custom car with a hydraulic suspension. The fall caused on of my hydraulic cylinder to pop out of the coil and bent the front passenger side a-arm. When I made a complaint I got nothing but angry service men and a terriable call back from the driver. I would never suggest using them again.
