I paid 150.00 deposit to have my car shipped from rhode island to nevada. not only did they not show up but i had to chase them all day only to get the run around. finally they admitted that they were not going to pick up my car. I had to find a company last minute as I was leaving on a flight the next night to my new home. Because it was last minute I had to pay an additional 450.00! I was promised that my deposit would be refunded...it was not. My husband called informing them that we plan on filing a lawsuit and he was told by Ricardo that he could not possibly refund EVERYONE'S money...what does that tell you...??? this is obviously common practice for this company... I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals office.
