My name is Wise, Robert I am currently enlisted in the United States Navy. I paid 600 to Complete Auto Sales INC to transport my 1998 Roush Edition Mustang to California from Texas for me. Not only was the car 2 days late. but when it was recieved i had an extensive amount of damage to my car. When i called to file a claim a Mr. Ed Kraus told me it would be about a week before he could get back to me. After about a week and a half of not hearing anything i decided to call and check up on my claim. The next day i received a letter in the mail and it said i quote " Your damage claim is declined for the following reasons.

The antenna broke off because it was so rusty there was nothing left holding it onto the car.

The rubber piece around the window frame on an 11 year old car is to e expected to be worn and damaged.

We took special care in loading this "JUNKER" by putting it on wood blocks so the rusted out old mufflers and tailpipes would not drag. You observed this when you watched it being unloaded.

I sent you your OLD WORNOUT CAR the same way we received it. Our only cost was the 600 dollars our driver already paid out of his pocket ( which was because the driver lost my keys in transport and used a slim jim to get into my door breaking a clip on the inside!) to take this MESS to you.

Well folks as a member of the USN we are asked to do whatever it takes to support and defend our nation. And this is the way that one of Americas defeder's is treated. Not only was my car not rusted out in any way, but it was such a nice car before i had it shipped to me it was in shows and one first place in many different instances! They caused over 2000 dollars worth in damage to my car, and i doubt that i will ever see a penny out of them. But you can bet that i will do my best to prevent this happening to anyone else that lives in the land of the free. So if your reading this I strongly urge you to please take my advice and whatever you do....do not let Complete Auto Sales INC. transport your car! It just wont be the same again.
