Lou from Cobalt was excellent. Friendly by phone, and readily responsive by email. When I had questions about some of the forms I had to complete, he was quick to respond and did so in a very professional manner. I basically did as instructed, dropping my car off at the port, paying how much and as Lou directed, and the timing was perfect - the car actually arrived 3-4 days earlier than expected (partly due to lucky timing with catching the boat), and everything was flawless. If I get a say in who's handling the transport for the return trip to Hawaii, no question, it'll be Lou and Cobalt Logistics.
