This is the third vehicle I have shipped and I'm happy to have found Rick. Not only did he explain things better than anyone else, ever, he was patient and thorough. Also, he didn't pester me repeatedly. I told all the brokers I would call when I was ready. I received multiple emails, voicemails and texts, sometimes in the same day from all brokers other than Rick. He sent me only one short reminder email. I will not use anyone other than Rick moving forward.
