I've had a bad experience with a car transporter. For this move I contacted about four companies. One promised all kinds of things and then had many excuses. Said he sent emails but didn't didn't call back, as promised. Cobalt never faltered or dropped the ball. They were in frequent contact with me and the person on the receiving end. He have me the driver's cell phone so I could contact him directly. It went just as planned. He's a very "can do" kind of guy. I am very satisfied.
