Joseph, was on top of my emails. He was super fast on setting up my delivery, i figured few weeks to set it up and get it all done. It was a few days and I had the car! It was picked up a day early and delivered a day early. Me and the driver also stayed in contact the last 6hrs of his trip from Pittsburg to Balto. to make it easier for him to drop it off to me. This was my first time setting up a pick up and delivery of a car. Cobalt/Joseph made it a cake walk! I would use them again hands down! on a scale from 1-10...they are a 11 in my book, serious.
